This Christmas Rocky Road works for so many things at a time of year when sweet treats are a given. They’re impressive as gifts, for a last minute bake sale, to whip up for guests or just to enjoy at home. They are distinctly Christmassy because of the gingernut biscuit, colourful sprinkles and gingerbread men on top. The best thing is that this recipe is SO QUICK, which is always a win during silly season. Enjoy!
