It’s easy to make with only a handful of ingredients. Plus it’s healthy, with only fresh produce and a bit of plain greek yogurt for a creamy tang. Creamy Cucumber Salad is a perfect summer side to pack in picnic baskets, along with sandwiches and baked chips. Or serve it at a backyard barbecue with grilled chicken and fruit salad.
