Get those little helpers on board for these easy traybake treats, which are sooo good and oh-so-simple. These Peanut Butter Bars have a delicious chocolate crunch topping and are great for getting the kids involved with weighing out ingredients, cracking eggs and mixing everything together. The chunky peanut butter gives the treats a lovely crunch and the chocolate on top tastes divine. If you have a food processor, you can get that out for this recipe to make everything that bit easier. See our favourite savoury peanut butter recipes below!

Why you’ll love this Peanut Butter Bars recipe
⭐️ Crunchy and so delicious ⭐️ A treat snack that everyone will love ⭐️ Great for cooking with kids Can you freeze Peanut Butter Bars? Yes! I often make a double batch and freeze. After cutting them into portions, when they are completely cool, wrap in baking paper and freeze for up to 3 months. Defrost at room temperature for a treat whenever you fancy. I try to use my favourite Callebaut chocolate for this recipe. This chocolate is just amazing. It melts so well and really makes a difference to any recipe. Don’t over bake your bars – cook until only just set. Be sure to let your Peanut Butter Bars cool down fully before cutting.
