Why Broiling Makes Great Salmon
Of all the methods we can use for cooking salmon, broiling has to be close to the top. I’m not going to lie; grilling is still my passion. However, time and the weather sometimes get in the way. Broiling to the rescue! This incredibly simple broiled salmon recipe is your canvas for serving a luscious meal. And it’s really easy even for beginning cooks. So when life hits you hard, take a break with fast and easy deliciousness that’s good for you, too. And it’s not just about fast and healthy. Broiled salmon is one of my family’s most requested dinner specialties. That tells me I got this recipe down right.😍 Broiling uses radiant high heat directly above the food. That creates a textured crust similar to grilling. And since the heat is so high, it really speeds up the cooking time.
