What to eat with mango salsa?

Serve this as a dip with tortilla chips, just like you serve chips and chunky avocado dip. It will be great as a side with any Mexican dishes. My favorite would be serving as a side with enchilada burritos, guacamole, and sour cream. You can serve mango salsa as a salad or a quick healthy snack. Mango salsa is perfect for fish tacos, shrimp tacos, tilapia, or salmon, or even with tostadas and quesadillas.

For summer parties, serve mango salsa with grilled chicken, fish, shrimp skewers, or grilled pork and steak. You can also serve as a side in your rice bowl. Use this salsa to give a tropical twist to burgers and sandwiches. This mango salsa recipe will be a super hit, crowd-pleaser dish for summer potluck and picnics.

Tips

Because my kids love mangoes and mango recipes, I have not added jalapeno to avoid the heat. Instead, I added green bell pepper. If you are not serving this for kids, add jalapeno, habanero, or serrano to make it spicy. Also, check out our simple and easy peach salsa, 5-minute chunky avocado dip.
