This is the 10th set of meal videos I will be sharing on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, and this is A SPECIAL ONE! All of the recipes are ready in just 10 minutes, start to finish. Are these going to be the best meals you’ve ever tasted in your life? Perhaps not. BUT they will be there for you on those nights when you really do only have 10 minutes to think about dinner. I hadn’t REALLY planned these all to be eaten in one week. More to pull out when you need something SUPER fast, but of course, it’s up to you! I hope you can try these out and come back to them on those days when you really have no time to cook and need an extra helping hand ❤️ Watch out for the videos of each recipe coming each night this week, so you can cook along. For reference, I shopped for this Meal Plan in June 2022 at Aldi and it cost £31.79.
Why use a weekly food planner?
⭐️ Knowing exactly what food to buy for avoids food waste, saving you money. ⭐️ Having a plan for dinner avoids the mental load of “what’s for dinner?” question every night. The printable shopping list can be found here. Meal Plan 8 – £30 from Aldi Meal Plan 7 – £30 from Aldi ➡️ Remove ingredients for any meals that you don’t want to cook. ➡️ The shopping list includes the cheapest version of each ingredient. Obviously if you want to buy lower fat mince or free range etc, that’s personal choice.➡️ All of the recipes are to serve 4, so if you’re cooking for 2, simply halve the ingredients. ⭐️ £1.25 per portion Dinner 2 ⭐️ £1.60 per portion ⭐️ I’ve listed x2 packs of falafels, but depending on your family appetite one pack may be fine. ⭐️ £1.78 per portion ⭐️ You could save money here by cooking your own chicken, but obviously we were focussed on saving time. Dinner 4 ⭐️ £1.52 per portion ⭐️ Not the healthiest meal ever, but it does include two portions of vegetables per serving! ⭐️ £1.97 per portion ⭐️ You can leave out the pork if you’d prefer this to be vegetarian, or replace it with cooked chicken.
