This is the 11th weekly meal plan I will be sharing on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, and so many of you asked for all of the info in one place, so here it is.  Watch out for the videos of each recipe coming each night this week, so you can cook along! For reference, I shopped for this Meal Plan in July 2022 at Aldi and it cost £30.32.

Why use a family meal plan?

⭐️ Knowing exactly what food to buy for avoids food waste, saving you money. ⭐️ Having a plan for dinner avoids the mental load of “what’s for dinner?” question every night. The printable shopping list can be found here. Meal Plan 9 – £32 from AldiMeal Plan 8 – £30 from Aldi ➡️ Remove ingredients for any meals that you don’t want to cook. ➡️ The shopping list includes the cheapest version of each ingredient. Obviously if you want to buy lower fat mince or free range etc, that’s personal choice.➡️ All of the recipes are to serve 4, so if you’re cooking for 2, simply halve the ingredients. ⭐️ £1.41 per portion ⭐️ Serve with the tortillas (I like to carefully toast them over an open gas flame for a couple of seconds), the leaves and the dip included in the recipe. Dinner 2 ⭐️ £1.95 per portion ⭐️ I think the frozen green beans actually work better than fresh here as they stay soft rather than drying out. ⭐️ £1.05 per portion ⭐️ A full meal, cooks all in one pan. Dinner 4 ⭐️ £1.28 per portion ⭐️ Serve with extra green beans from your frozen bag if you’d like more veggies on the side. ⭐️ I swapped the regular onion for red onion on our shopping list. ⭐️ £1.05 per portion ⭐️ Serve with cooked rice and extra limes.
