If you’re an Italian restaurant fan like me, you’ve probably tried an olive cake. It’s simple, usually decorated with nothing more than a little powdered sugar dusting, but boy is it delicious.  I’ve played around with this recipe for a while, and it’s finally the best olive oil cake recipe I’ve ever tried. This recipe has a lot of olive oil (thus the name), making it super moist. Plus, it makes the hint of lemon really shines. 🍋
