You can store them in a freezer for 3 months or in the fridge for a week. Serve it as it is or with a scoop of ice cream and some salted peanuts for a double treat.
Ingredients
Chocolate: Use good quality chocolate chunks, bars, or chocolate chips for best results. I have used semi-sweet milk chocolate compounds. You can use bitter dark chocolate too. Sugar: Use both white granulated sugar and brown sugar. White sugar makes the brownies chewy, and brown sugar makes the brownies fudgy. Peanut butter: Use any store-bought creamy or crunchy peanut butter from your favorite brand. Cocoa powder: Unsweetened cocoa powder is used in the recipe. Feel free to use Dutch-processed cocoa powder if desired. See the recipe card below for a full list of ingredients and measurements.
