Indulge away! Note Before Getting Started: You can have high protein yogurt or high protein pudding with an average amount of carbs based on the sweetener and toppings you place over the pudding. OR you can go super low carb pudding by using low carb protein powder and low-carb sweetener like monk fruit sweetener. Therefore, the nutritional facts do vary based on what product you use.
