This super easy no-bake Rolo Fudge recipe is perfect to give as a gift or to finish off a meal with. If you’re old enough to remember the famous slogan, you’ll know exactly what I am talking about when I ask “do you love anyone enough to give them your last Rolo?” Just for a bit of home baking fun (without the faff of actually baking) and a touch of nostalgia, here is a recipe for that turns those little round delicious Rolos into a delicious treat that will impress and delight. You have GOT to try this!

Why you’ll love this recipe

⭐️ Handful of ingredients ⭐️ A total gooey, chocolatey treat ⭐️ No bake, just chill in advance This recipe has two methods to choose from – you can do all the prep work in the microwave, or stick it all in the slow cooker. Either way, it really is a very easy and low effort recipe. This is not technically real fudge (where you boil sugar, condensed milk and butter). This is a shortcut version that honestly? I think is every big as good.. If not, dare I say it, better.

What you’ll need

White chocolate – I use these Calleabut drops as they are so good to use for cooking and I buy them in bulk. Whilst I’d say buy the best chocolate you can afford, really any white chocolate you have is fine APART from ‘cooking chocolate’ (do not buy this ever in fact, it has additives to keep the chocolate runny which we never need). Condensed milk – NOT evaporated milk! Vanilla extract – Extract, not essence is better. Rolos – Of course!

If the slab is too hard to cut straight out of the fridge, allow it to come to room temperature for 30 minutes. Be careful when cutting it may be very hard!
