Why We Love This Spicy Bloody Mary Recipe
Are you ready to level up your Bloody Mary game? This isn’t your usual brunch cocktail. I’ve taken the classic cocktail and given it a bold, flavorful twist inspired by the vibrant flavors of Asia. Fish, soy sauce, sriracha, and wasabi are some of the flavors you’ll find in this unique cocktail. It has the perfect balance of spicy, savory, and umami in every sip. This complex and satisfying drink is great for sharing with friends or even enjoying solo. Whether you’re a Bloody Mary fan or just looking to try something new, this recipe is a winner. I keep coming back to this spicy mix again and again; it’s that good!
Ingredients You Need
This Bloody Mary Variation does not include classic ingredients like Worcestershire sauce, prepared horseradish, tabasco, or fresh lemon juice. We have a marvelous Traditional Bloody Mary Mix Recipe for that with all the lavish garnishes such as green olives, bacon, pickle spears, asparagus spears, celery stalks, and so on. Instead, this simplified Bloody Mary offers a big bang for the buck with well-selected ingredients that pack a punch of spicy Asian flavors.
Tomato juice – Clamato also works great Fish sauce – substitute an equal amount of soy sauce to make this cocktail vegan Soy sauce – regular or low-sodium soy sauce can be used, but be aware that the “saltiness” will change Chili garlic sauce – sriracha hot sauce can also be used Wasabi paste – or use horseradish if you can’t find wasabi Vodka – or tequila for a Bloody Maria Celery salt and black pepper Optional garnishes: scallions, lemongrass, lime wedge
