Chicken Tikka Burgers Ingredients Notes
Chicken breasts – You could use chicken thighs instead of breast if you prefer. They will be delicious too, but will just take slightly longer to cook Tikka seasoning – You can buy this ready from the supermarket. Or you can use a curry powder or a paste of your choice if you don’t have tikka seasoning, or just prefer another flavour To serve – I like this in brioche buns with lettuce and a dollop of mango chutney finishes it off nicely
In the freezer You can freeze any leftover cooked chicken (as long as it hasn’t already been frozen and defrosted). Just wait until it’s totally cold and then put it into a freezer proof container and freeze for up to 3 months. Defrost thoroughly. As always, ensure it’s fully heated through before serving.
